Please do not book trades until the product has been delivered and inspected. In the rare event that your product is received damaged, we've got you covered.
However, please check the product within 48 hours, if you notice any damage after accepting the product, kindly take photos and forward them to us. We will promptly liaise with the merchant to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. This will enable us to promptly address the issue and expedite the replacement process for you. You can choose to have the product delivered to a neighbour or specify a safe place for the courier to leave the package securely.
